I bought the game, how and where can I pick it up?

I bought the game, but on activation it writes that the product is not intended for my region!
Such a problem may occur only if you did not pay attention to and/or ignored the warning about regional restrictions, the consent to familiarize yourself with which each purchaser is obliged to confirm in advance. And you also live in a country that is not available for activation of such a product. Most games are intended for activation and launch only in the EU and UK, the list of which is listed in the warning before placing an order!
I bought the game, but I didn't get it in the mail and it's not in the "My Purchases" section either!

What to do if the game crashes, freezes or does not start?

The store is not responsible for possible technical problems with the game, and the maximum that we can recommend in this situation - reinstall or update the drivers on the hardware of the computer, reduce graphics settings in the game, check your computer for viruses / miners, terminate unnecessary processes from Task Manager, reinstall the OS, as well as check if any parts of the computer are not overheating.
