Alone in the Dark: Illumination

Alone in the Dark: Illumination takes place in the abandoned town of Lorwich in southern Virginia. Once a thriving mining town, it fell victim to a terrible flood that destroyed the mines and all other buildings. The residents fled their ruined homes in a hurry, and Lorwich was deserted overnight. Many years have passed since the disaster, and the town has long been forgotten. The cause of the flood, however, is still shrouded in mystery. Not a soul dares to enter the town, fearing the real evil: eyewitnesses tell of strange beasts in the vicinity of Lorwich and a gloomy fog hanging over it. Some of those living nearby say that an evil force has settled there, which they call the Darkness. Ominous fog, ghosts, vile creatures everywhere… Evil has bewitched Lorwich, entangling everything around with its tentacles. Who will now, if not you, cleanse the city of the Dark Forces?
