Throughout your journey, you will encounter AI characters. Both friendly and hostile. We use an advanced pathfinding system. This means that friendly characters will be able to follow you wherever you go, while hostile ones will be able to find you wherever you hide. There is no escape. Be afraid!

Caveblazers is a modern platformer that uses some roguelike elements and some RPG elements, such as permadeath, randomized potion effects, an RPG inventory system, and a huge number of items, equipment, and upgrades.
Daily Challenge Runs!
A new adventure is generated every day! It will be the same for everyone and you will only have one chance! These challenges start with specific starting items and have a variety of different features.
Epic Boss Battles!
Between zones, you’ll encounter a boss. Each boss is unique and requires a different strategic approach. Bosses are generally massive monsters with a life bar that stretches across the entire screen. Good luck!
Character Customization!
A ton of unlockable hats, tunics, pants, shirts, and more! Or maybe you’d rather strip down and head into the cave naked? Then go for it!

Largely ignored by other modern roguelikes, Caveblazers tries to distance itself from the simplistic combat systems seen in other games in the genre and mixes in fun, fast-paced, and action-packed combat that stands out thanks to its brutal gore effects.
