Dead by Daylight – Sadako Rising Chapter

ONRYO

The Killer is Sadako, an Onryo. Sadako’s powerful strength and fearsome temperament led her to a watery grave, where she was left to die. The girl’s cruel rage has manifested itself into a cursed videotape, condemning those who watch it to a terrible fate.

Onryo Power: Terror Barrage

Sadako begins the match unnoticed and invisible to Survivors who are far away from her. When she gets close to a Survivor, she sometimes becomes visible. Sadako can choose to take on a corporeal form to attack. When doing so, she becomes visible.

She can also take on a corporeal form by projecting herself through one of the TVs on the map. When she does, Sadako will teleport to the TV and appear, increasing the Doom gauge of any Survivor nearby. If a Survivor’s Doom gauge is full, they will die instantly when mortally wounded.

Survivors can slow down Sadako’s projection by removing the tapes from the TVs or turning them off, but doing so will increase their Doom gauge. Each match has a special TV that allows survivors to lower their doom level.

Onryo has 3 new perks:

Split Hook: Fury’s Pit

Start each match with Split Hooks, up to four. Removing a Survivor from a Split Hook temporarily reveals the auras of other Survivors.

Salty Sea

Hitting a Generator will cause its aura to glow and progress to decrease faster and for longer. Every time a Survivor succeeds at a skill check on this Generator, you will hear a loud noise.
