Generation Zero® – Soviet Weapons Pack

It’s not just the survivors of Östertörn fighting FNIX anymore. Small special forces units of Soviet troops have been spotted in the northern regions, using mobile defense systems to set up temporary camps. They are fighting the machines, but what is driving them? A desire to help? Or are they pursuing their own goals on Swedish territory?

Fledgling Resistance fighters from Östertörn have discovered several dead Soviet soldiers. They were carrying a special Soviet weapon that could greatly help the Resistance in the fight against FNIX.

Medium versions of three Soviet weapons can now be found in PLUNDRA containers throughout Östertörn. Newcomers will be able to find them in a container in the Iboholmen church. The most powerful versions of the new weapons can only be obtained by salvaging them from fallen machines. The following weapons were found in the storage:

• Kitten Sniper Rifle – This iconic semi-automatic sniper rifle is most often used by the USSR. It can be used to control a large area with precise shots – it is enough to mount the rifle like a machine gun.

• AT-WAD Assault Rifle – An automatic rifle with a built-in silencer, which is used by special forces. Allows you to fire more shots before detection.

• RLG-7 (Grenade Launcher) – one of the most famous and widespread active-reactive grenade launching systems in the world. The RLG-7 is a truly Soviet weapon. Since its creation, the weapon has been used in almost every conflict to destroy armored and fortified positions. It will probably also cope well with robots.
