Released for arcades in 1987, Operation Wolf Returns: First Mission VR retains the features of the previous game and features updated graphics.

A few months ago, a new criminal organization emerged. In addition to trafficking weapons and drugs, it developed a new super-powerful weapon. After discovering several bases of the organization led by the mysterious General Viper, two agents were sent to the scene to learn more about this weapon and free the hostages held in nearby prison camps.
