SEASON: A letter to the future

High in the mountains, far from the chaos of the seasons, there is a village that has not been abandoned by a single person in a generation, and Estelle will be the first to do so. For her, a season is an era, and now that era is coming to an end. Wanting to capture the present and preserve it for the future, Estelle leaves her home and sets out into the unknown. The girl travels through an unusual, but very familiar land, observing a world on the brink of inevitable and mysterious changes.

As you play, you will explore the world around you and uncover its secrets, keep records and get to know the characters. Depending on how you keep records, you will be able to study different layers of the world: sounds, music, art, architecture, stories of people whose lives have reached a turning point. Thus, step by step, you will learn more and more about the culture, history and ecology of this unusual place. This journey will also raise some really important questions: What does this season mean? Why is it ending? And what will the next season be like?
