ICBM is a real-time strategy game about a global thermonuclear war. Research new technologies, accumulate nuclear weapons stockpiles and use the nuclear triad to strike the enemy’s largest cities and industrial centers, while protecting your population from enemy attacks.
Take command of one of the continents and prepare for a global nuclear conflict. Your task is to achieve the complete and final destruction of the enemy, while avoiding a retaliatory strike and the destruction of your peace-loving people.
RESEARCH AND CONSTRUCTION
Research technologies and build a nuclear arsenal. What will you choose – the development of new types of weapons, or the mass production of existing models? Only a true strategist will be able to find a balance that will allow you to withstand the entire variety of enemy tactics.
MANY WAYS TO ACHIEVE THE GOAL
In ICBM, you can find a unique strategy with each new game. Crush the enemy with a massive strike of intercontinental missiles? Or use strategic aviation to deliver 50-megaton bombs? Or maybe place submarine missile carriers in the most unexpected places? All these and many other strategies can be used to achieve the goal. In the game, you will find 20 types of military equipment, 12 types of nuclear weapons, as well as 44 technologies that can be researched.
ADJUST THE SPEED OF THE GAME TO YOUR OWN LIMIT
Meticulously plan your every move, or just bomb everyone quickly. Increase the speed of planet pollution for a “short and painless” nuclear war, or slow it down, prolonging the agony of destruction. In ICBM, you can flexibly adjust the speed of the game, adjusting it to your tastes.
FORM (LONG-TERM?) ALLIANCES
Use diplomacy to gain a strategic advantage. Share information, technology, or even the exact coordinates of your nuclear silos with your allies to more effectively destroy your opponent. But always remember that an ally can stab you in the back at the most inopportune moment!
CREATE AND EXECUTE ATTACK PLANS
Use the attack planner to avoid wasting time on micro-management. Create a detailed plan in advance, target cities, buildings, or units, and when the time comes, launch a synchronized mass attack with the press of a button, overwhelming the enemy defenses.
MULTIPLAYER
Play with friends in multiplayer matches. Fight in free-for-all battles, or as part of a team, or in co-op matches. Improve your in-game ELO rating to put your name at the top of the list of best players.
FULL MODDING SUPPORT
