Stellaris: Nemesis

Nemesis is a Stellaris expansion that challenges the player to shape the fate of a galaxy falling into chaos. It adds espionage tools to the game, as well as the ability to resolve a crisis with the powers of a galactic guardian, or bring about its destruction. Stellaris has never seen such cool and powerful features.

You must make a difficult choice between chaos and order, and determine the fate of a galaxy mired in crisis. Will you seize power through negotiations and trickery, or simply watch as the stars fade away one by one?

Add-on features:

• The personification of crisis. You are the flame that consumes the galaxy, threatening to destroy all life. As your empire grows more formidable, you unlock powerful bonuses that will help you resolve the galaxy’s desperate situation on your own terms. And if the local civilizations don’t stop you in time, you’ll have the power to doom the galaxy!

   

• Galactic Guardian. Convince the galactic community to proclaim you Guardian, gaining emergency powers to deal with a crisis. Use your newfound power to bring prosperity and order to a galaxy on the brink of collapse. Once the crisis is over, you can resign your powers… or keep them and create a new galactic empire.

   

• Espionage. Knowledge is power. New tools will help you keep an eye on your enemies (or friends). Send agents on covert operations and counterintelligence behind enemy lines. Lies and deception can throw your enemies off their scent and reveal their deepest secrets.

  As your espionage level increases, more operations become available, including sabotaging space bases, acquiring assets, and stealing technology. Discredit campaigns and instigating diplomatic incidents are a great way to turn allies against each other. If you play your cards right, no one will suspect a thing. Ignorance will be their doom.

   

• New Ship Skins. Nemesis adds new ships to the game, inspired by the most majestic empires of science fiction. With them, your appearance will reflect your inner strength, whether you are the savior of the galaxy or its doom.
