The Valiant

Theodoric of Akenburg, a former crusader knight, is tired of the cruelties of war, but the events of the recent past force him to take up the sword again. 15 years ago, Theodoric and his comrade-in-arms Ulrich of Grevel accidentally came across a fragment of Aaron’s Rod – an ancient artifact too powerful for mere mortals. Now the young monk Malcolm comes to tell Theodoric that Ulrich has become obsessed with the idea of finding the remaining parts of the rod, and this will bring evil and untold suffering to the world.

Theodoric decides to get ahead of Ulrich and collect the missing fragments so that he does not get them. A long journey through Europe and the Middle East awaits him. Other warriors will join his banner: from the aging Teutonic veteran Reinhard of Kempten to the young, ambitious mercenary Grimhild Eidottir and her Ravens. Each of them will have their own reasons for joining you, but little by little the brotherly bonds between you will grow so strong that any obstacles and trials will become within your power.

• Play with friends in the 3-player Last Man Standing co-op mode, fight hordes of enemies, and earn experience to level up your knights, unlock new skills, and decorations
• Compete in PVP mode in one-on-one or two-on-two duels, with cosmetic meta-progression and special rewards for winning ranked matches
