Tropico 4: Pirate Heaven

Turn your island into a pirate haven, a modern-day Tortuga! Steal ships and hold them for ransom, board other ships and plunder them for loot… however, all this will definitely worsen your relations with your neighbors, so you will have to take special measures to avoid invasion. The new building – the Smuggler’s Hut – will allow you to import even during the embargo, although the prices there are higher than usual. Try on the outfit of the pirate queen, and use the “Sailor” trait to improve sea traffic and a bonus to all buildings related to the sea.
