The events of the second part of XCOM will begin to unfold two decades after the end of Emeny Unknown. The Earth will greet you with a utopian future, where the planet is controlled by aliens. Many countries have decided to recognize the Advent Administration government, promising human civilization unreal prosperity and a life without hunger, disease and pain.
Guerrilla units will have to liberate earthlings from alien aggressors and fight against the latter’s harmful propaganda. You can buy XCOM 2 and lead one of them. In order to build new lines of defense and deliver effective counterattacks, you will use specific stealth tactics and all the firepower of your unit.
