1. Definitions

- Terms & Conditions / Agreement – A public offer issued by the Website Administration proposing the conclusion of a license agreement for the remote purchase of digital products.
- User – Any individual accessing the Website via the Internet.
- Goods / Products – License keys for computer games and other digital products listed on the Website.
- Order – A purchase request submitted by the User in accordance with the Website’s ordering procedures.

1.2. Singular terms include the plural and vice versa; references to any gender encompass all genders.
2. Acceptance of Terms

2.5. Updated Terms & Conditions become effective 14 days after publication. For new Users, the version effective at the time of registration applies.
2.6. If a User disagrees with the updated Terms & Conditions, they must discontinue use of the Platform.
3. User Account
3.1. Registration and access to Digitplaystore features are free, subject to these Terms.
3.2. Registration is required to access Platform functionalities and involves completing the relevant online form.
3.3. Each User may maintain only one account.
3.4. Access requires an internet-enabled device and an up-to-date browser.
3.5. Users must provide a valid email address and create a secure password during registration.
3.6. Upon successful registration, Users can access their personal account.
3.7. Users must ensure their email remains valid and promptly update it if necessary.
3.8. The User consents to the processing of their personal data for service delivery and operational purposes.
3.9. Access to certain features may be limited by the User’s location.
3.10. Digitplaystore may temporarily restrict access to features due to maintenance or technical issues and will attempt timely restoration, particularly for consumer Users in compliance with applicable consumer laws.
4. Account Security

4.2. These credentials are unique to each User.
4.3. Users must safeguard their login details and refrain from disclosing them to others.
4.4. Users bear responsibility for unauthorized account access and any resulting damages.
4.5. The User is liable for all actions taken through their account and must report any unauthorized access to Digitplaystore immediately.
5. Payments
5.1. Products must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
5.2. Payments are facilitated by third-party processors; Users must provide the necessary payment details.
5.3. Available payment methods are listed on the Platform.
5.4. Transaction fees may be imposed by financial institutions or payment providers.
6. Purchase and Delivery
6.1. Upon successful payment, digital products are delivered electronically.
6.2. Standard delivery is immediate unless the order requires manual verification, at the discretion of the Website Administration.
6.3. Activation keys are delivered via the User’s personal account. The User must safeguard both the key and their account access.
6.4. Pre-orders are delivered on the specified release date.
6.5. Pre-orders may be cancelled up to 3 days before release, provided the product or bonuses haven’t been delivered. Refunds after this period are not guaranteed.
6.6. Promotional or fee-waived services may be offered and will be publicly announced.
6.7. Delivery times may vary depending on geographic and legal factors but will conform to UK release schedules.
7. Prohibited Conduct
7.1. Users must not:
- a) Use the Platform contrary to its intended purpose.
- b) Violate any laws or third-party rights.

- e) Bypass Platform security.
- f) Harass or mislead others.

- k) Engage in money laundering or fraud.
7.2. Digitplaystore commits not to:
- a) Sell used or activated products.
- b) Supply defective or invalid items.
- c) Distribute illegally obtained products.
- d) Misrepresent products.
- e) Ignore buyer complaints.
7.3. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
7.4. Rightsholders may submit infringement notices via email or the Platform’s support page. Notifications must include:
- a) Evidence of rights.
- b) Details of the infringing content.
- c) Supporting documentation.
- d) A declaration of no rights over the content.
- e) Contact information.
7.5. Valid notifications prompt removal of the content and notification to the User concerned.
7.6. Users may respond with evidence of their rights (e.g., licenses or ownership proof).
7.7. Content may be permanently removed if:
- a) The responsible User is unidentifiable.
- b) No response is received within 14 days.
- c) Rights cannot be substantiated.
- d) A competent authority mandates removal.
- e) Reliable evidence of illegality is obtained.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All rights to the Website belong to the Administration.
8.2. Product rights belong to their respective copyright holders.
8.3. Users may use Products solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Communications with Users are electronic.
9.2. Digitplaystore is not liable for damages resulting from:
- a) Technical issues or force majeure.
- b) User violations of these Terms.
- c) User disputes.
9.3. Misuse of software or abuse of promotional offers may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
10. Complaints Procedure

10.3. Complaints must include a description, evidence, and proposed resolution.
10.4. Delivered digital products are non-refundable once the activation key is displayed.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. These Terms are valid indefinitely and governed by UK law.
11.2. Either party may terminate the agreement. Users may request termination via https://digitplaystore.com/contact-us/.
11.3. Digitplaystore may terminate accounts without cause with 14 days’ written notice.
11.4. Users may request account deletion at any time. Confirmation will be provided, and deletion will occur within 7 days.
11.5. Material breaches may result in immediate termination by Digitplaystore.

11.7. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
11.8. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A valid alternative provision will replace any unenforceable clause. This does not affect consumer rights.
